Our story
From a husband and wife team to a practice of specialists.
Based in Penarth, Bay Accountancy was established in 2003 as a husband and wife management team. The growth of the business saw the company move to a newly refurbished office in the centre of Penarth in 2012.
Our principal, John Anthony O'Toole, has worked for over 25 years in the accountancy sector after graduating with an honours degree in Economics. John has gained the distinction of being accepted as a Fellow of both the Institute of Financial Accountants (est. 1916) and the Institute of Public Accountants.
Today, every member of the team is fully trained in their particular area of expertise, from corporate clients and personal taxation to VAT, self-assessment and IT systems.
